1.if you want something to be good. nt oni the leader have to be good. the one below him must oso be good. a human is a human. no matter wat the things they do have a limited boundaries. if you have someone so useless in a grp. then the thing they do wont achieve 100% no matter wat. no matter how perfect it is it will only stuck at the most 99 %.
2.must support fren ma. then the productivity oni will increase becoz you will have the passion to strive hard nt for the sake of yourself oni bt olso ur frens ma. frens are important. if you cant communicate well with them. must well be hated loooo.
